Randall McCoy
CEO
Former Advisor to GE’s Jack Welsh, with more than 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Mr. McCoy’s experience includes executive positions and scientific research and development. His previous employment includes George Washington University, Temple University Medical School and RCA/SRI International (Director of Life Sciences, FDA regulatory, product development, data storage and high-definition displays). Mr. McCoy has helped both small and major pharmaceutical/device companies address FDA issues. He has also assisted 227 foreign and domestic companies with the introduction of more than 1,000 FDA regulated drug and medical device products into the US and World markets. Mr. McCoy currently has over 30 US
and International patents.

Scott A. Blow, JD/MBA
COO
C-Suite Executive, Entrepreneur and Lawyer with nearly three decades of business, government and non-profit sector experience in areas of real estate and economic development, disruptive technologies in water, energy, health and community and social services. Previously served as CEO of Holistic Solar, a solar & renewable energy company focused on commercializing proprietary solar and storage technologies. Prior to this role, he served as Acting President and Chief Executive Officer for Newark's economic development corporation where he focused on development of the city's entrepreneurial ecosystem, expansion of its business improvement districts and assisted in the generation of over $2.0 billion dollars in economic activity in New Jersey’s largest city.

John Weber
CFO
Mr. Weber is co-founder and CFO of Boviin. He has also served as founder and CFO of Regenicin, Inc., a publicly traded company in the field of regenerative medicine. Prior to that he served as Executive Vice President of Fujifilm Medical Systems USA, as the highest ranked American corporate officer. His responsibilities included overseeing all corporate activity with the exception of R&D. During that time Fujifilm was ranked as the fastest growing medical imaging company, consistently ranking #1 or #2 in customer satisfaction. From 1998 through 2006 he served as Senior Vice President, Operations at Fujifilm USA where he spearheaded the transition of the company from a film distributor to a digital medical informatics company. Prior to this he served as CFO where he helped to profitably manage Fujifilm's growth from an employee base of 75 to over 1,000.
